Uzbekistan 2024: Margilan to Khiva by Train
From Tbilisi we flew across the Caspian Sea to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It was my first time back in the country since my first big trip in 2008, and I was keen to see how things had changed in the last 16 years - and see some new things that I’d missed during the first trip. We started by traveling to the easternmost part of the country, the Fergana Valley, and then travelled west across all of Uzbekistan by train.
